Founder of CaPatel Investments, a Chicago-based venture capital firm, Anip Patel posted a video on his Instagram profile showing how his recent trip from Chicago to Delhi was impacted by the “worst first-class cabin.

Air India issued a $6,300 refund to Anip Patel for his unsatisfactory first-class experience on a Chicago-Delhi flight. He highlighted dirty seats, malfunctioning inflight entertainment, and limited food choices in a viral video.

In the video, Mr Patel gave viewers a tour of the subpar amenities, highlighting issues such as loose compartment parts, and torn and damaged surfaces.

Patel also noted the lack of Wi-Fi on the flight. In response, Air India said it has begun offering Wi-Fi on the A350-900 aircraft for routes between Delhi and London’s Heathrow Airport
